What is Conciella?
Conciella is a household management app for families with domestic staff. It keeps cash, receipts, tasks, shopping lists and schedules for drivers, nannies, cleaners and cooks in one place, fair to both the family and the helpers.
How do I keep track of cash I give my driver or nanny?
Add the money in Conciella when you hand it over. Your helper photographs each receipt, the app reads the amount and keeps a running balance, and you can check receipts with a swipe. You always know how much each person should have.
How can my housekeeper send me receipts without WhatsApp?
In Conciella the helper taps New expense and photographs the receipt. It is read automatically and filed under the right person, month and category, so nothing gets lost in a chat.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Conciella runs in the browser and installs on the home screen of any iPhone or Android phone in a few seconds. App Store and Google Play versions are coming soon.
Does Conciella track my helpers?
No. There is no location tracking and nothing that reads their phone. The camera is used only when they photograph a receipt or a product. Helpers see their own money and tasks, and cannot change or delete an expense once it is saved.
How much does Conciella cost?
Pricing is announced when Conciella opens to new households. People on the early-access list hear first and get the first offer.
Can I use it in the UK or the UAE?
Conciella is being prepared for households in the UK, the UAE and Bulgaria. Join the early-access list and choose your country, so we know where to open first.
Which languages does it speak?
Today the app is in English and Bulgarian, and each person chooses their own language. More languages come with the public launch.
