Your home’s data stays your home’s
A household app sees money, schedules and family details. We treat that with the care it deserves, and we say plainly what we do and do not do.
What we never do
- Show ads or sell data to anyone.
- Track anyone’s location or use the camera in the background.
- Let one helper see another helper’s money or tasks.
How the app protects records
- Owners sign in with a password; helpers with a personal PIN, and repeated wrong PINs lock the account for a while.
- Deleted expenses, money given, tasks and lists stay in a bin for 30 days; changes to money, tasks and dates are logged.
- Receipt photos are read by an AI model on the server; the photo and the result stay with your household.
Where it runs
- Conciella runs on Cloudflare’s network, which also hosts this website. Receipt reading uses Cloudflare’s AI service.
- To find product pictures for shopping lists, the app looks up only the product name or barcode in Open Food Facts, Wikidata, Pixabay and a Google image search. On iPhone the barcode reader is loaded from jsDelivr.
- The household chooses how long receipt photos are kept; the records stay.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it: privacy@conciella.app.
- Data export and deletion inside the app come with the public launch.

Questions people ask
How do I delete my data?
Write to privacy@conciella.app and we remove it. People on the early-access list can ask to be removed at any time.
Does Conciella track my helpers?
No. There is no location tracking and nothing that reads their phone. The camera is used only when they photograph a receipt or a product. Helpers see their own money and tasks, and cannot change or delete an expense once it is saved.
Be first when Conciella opens
We are opening Conciella to more households soon. Leave your email and we will tell you the day it opens. No newsletters.
