Who we are
This website and the Conciella early-access list are run by Digital Nomad EOOD (Дигитал Номад ЕООД), trading as Xpand. UIC (ЕИК) 207046397, VAT number BG207046397. What this policy covers
This policy covers conciella.app and the early-access list. The Conciella app will have its own terms and privacy notice before new households sign up.
What we collect
When you join the early-access list: your email address, your country, whether you are a family, house manager, agency or helper, optionally how many helpers work in the home, the language of the page you used, and when you gave consent and to which wording. To stop automated sign-ups we also keep a salted one-way hash of your IP address for one day.
Why we collect it
To email you when Conciella opens to new households and to understand where to open first. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Until Conciella opens and we have emailed you, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. If you then create an account, the app’s own terms apply.
Who processes it
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and stores the list in its Western Europe region (Cloudflare Workers and D1); its request logs keep technical details such as the address and time of a request for a few days. Emails you send to hello@ or privacy@conciella.app are forwarded to our Google (Gmail) inbox. Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else and we do not use it for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. This website sets no cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent: write to privacy@conciella.app. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Bulgaria the Commission for Personal Data Protection, in the UK the ICO).
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
