Clear records protect everyone in the home

Most arguments about money and tasks come from missing records, not bad intentions. Conciella keeps one record that both sides see, and helpers cannot change an expense once it is saved.

Helpers see their own records

  • Their balance, every amount received and every receipt they entered
  • What you owe them when they paid from their own pocket
  • Their own tasks and lists, nothing of anyone else’s
The review screen with a receipt, what the AI read and buttons to flag or mark checked

Nothing changes quietly

  • Helpers cannot edit or delete a saved expense
  • The AI result is produced on the server, never typed in by hand
  • Deleted expenses and money given stay in a bin for 30 days; changes to money, tasks and dates are logged
A flagged fuel receipt: 75.00 € entered, the receipt says 72.00 €, with the receipt photo and what the AI read

Flags you can explain

  • Every flag says why: an old receipt, a duplicate, a different amount, alcohol on the receipt
  • You add a note when you flag, so the conversation is about facts
  • Honest mistakes are easy to fix together

What Conciella never does

  • Track anyone’s location
  • Read anyone’s phone, messages or photos
  • Let a helper change or delete an expense after it is saved
  • Show one helper’s money or tasks to another

Questions people ask

Does Conciella track my helpers?

No. There is no location tracking and nothing that reads their phone. The camera is used only when they photograph a receipt or a product. Helpers see their own money and tasks, and cannot change or delete an expense once it is saved.

Can someone enter an old or duplicate receipt?

Receipts older than 60 days are refused. If the AI misread the date, the helper can correct it and the receipt is flagged for you to check. A receipt that matches one already saved is flagged too, and every flag says why.

Do my helpers need their own phone?

Yes, each helper uses Conciella on their own phone with a short PIN. They only see their own money, tasks and lists.
