Yes. In Conciella every helper has their own view with only the parts they need: money for a driver, tasks for a cleaner, the menu and shopping lists for a cook. You see all of them from one home screen.

Pricing is announced when Conciella opens to new households. People on the early-access list hear first and get the first offer.

Add the money in Conciella when you hand it over. Your helper photographs each receipt, the app reads the amount and keeps a running balance, and you can check receipts with a swipe. You always know how much each person should have.

In Conciella the helper taps New expense and photographs the receipt. It is read automatically and filed under the right person, month and category, so nothing gets lost in a chat.

When a helper photographs a receipt, an AI model reads the shop, date, total and category. The helper checks the result before saving, and you can see the photo and what the AI read.

Receipts older than 60 days are refused. If the AI misread the date, the helper can correct it and the receipt is flagged for you to check. A receipt that matches one already saved is flagged too, and every flag says why.

Amounts are in euro today. Your own currency, such as pounds or dirhams, comes with the public launch.

No. There is no location tracking and nothing that reads their phone. The camera is used only when they photograph a receipt or a product. Helpers see their own money and tasks, and cannot change or delete an expense once it is saved.

Yes, each helper uses Conciella on their own phone with a short PIN. They only see their own money, tasks and lists.

Clear records are the fairest thing for both sides: money given and spent, tasks agreed and done, all visible to the helper too. Conciella keeps that record without tracking anyone. UAE households can join the early-access list now.

Plan the week in Conciella’s menu, then turn it into shopping lists with one tap and send them to your cook. She can propose dishes too, and ticks items off as she shops.

Yes. A visit is a task with a checklist, such as kitchen, bathrooms and floors, that the helper ticks off on the day.

Yes. Add each car with its inspection, insurance, tyres and service dates, and Conciella reminds the right people 30, 7 and 1 day before and on the day.

The last shopping list stays on the phone, and ticks wait until the signal is back. Most other screens need a connection.

Yes. Conciella runs in the browser and installs on the home screen of any iPhone or Android phone in a few seconds. App Store and Google Play versions are coming soon.

Today the app is in English and Bulgarian, and each person chooses their own language. More languages come with the public launch.
