Our policy
Any payment for Conciella is refunded in full within 14 days of that payment, no questions asked.
How to ask
E-mail hello@conciella.app from the owner’s e-mail address, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. The refund goes back to the payment method used, usually within a few working days.
Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any right you have under the law where you live.
